From
October 1, 2004 import and distribution business in the Netherlands,
which are currently managed by Kroymans Corporation for Ferrari and
Hessing for Maserati, will be transferred to Ferrari Maserati West
Europe, Ferrari Maserati Group subsidiary.
This change is in line with the Ferrari Maserati Group's strategy of
managing its key markets directly and follows recent changes made to
its West European operations in France and Belgium and the recently
announced change in the United Kingdom.
Combined with its already well established North American, German and
Swiss subsidiaries, this latest development initiated from the West
European office places the Ferrari Maserati Group in direct charge of
its business in major markets.
As part of the continuing partnership with the Ferrari Maserati Group,
the West European office nominated 3 distributors for the Netherlands:
Kroymans Corporation and Munsterhuis for Ferrari and Maserati; Hessing
for Maserati.
Andrea Castronovo, Managing Director of Ferrari Maserati West Europe,
commented: 'Ferrari and Kroymans, Maserati and Hessing, both have
already a long history records with our marques as importers for the
Netherlands.
'Being totally committed, they did a tremendous job to promote our
products in the Netherlands and always offered a first class support
to our customers. In particular having worked together for many
decades with Kroymans, we are delighted to announce our new agreement
for Maserati distribution as well.
'It will further contribute to the development of the brand in the
Netherlands. It's a clear sign of our willingness to reinforce this
special relationship and build on it for the near future.' |
