The International Court of Appeal met in Paris on Tuesday to examine the appeal introduced on behalf of the GPC Squadra Corse nr 62 Ferari 360 GTC, concerning its exclusion from the FIA GT Championshiop round at Imola.

Having heard the explanations of both parties and having examined the various documents and other evidence, the Court upheld the decision of the Panel of Stewards.
