Alfa Romeo, Fiat
and Lancia customers will soon have the option to use a new
instrument specially designed for the motorist, allowing for
facilitated planning of maintenance expenses and a vast
range of other services and promotional campaigns derived
from Fiat Auto After Sales.
Fiat and Unicredit Clarima Banca recently presented three
new credit cards, one for each brand, at the Fiat Café in
Milan. These will provide potential customers with two
distinct credit lines: one to be used specifically for After
Sales assistance, the other for non-car related
acquisitions, effectively allowing access to the network of
25 million points where MasterCard is accepted.
Lapo Elkann, Benito De Filippis, and Alain Breuilis,
responsible for Brand Promotion, After Sales, and Fiat Auto
Financial Services respectively, along with Silvio Barzi,
Assistant General Manager of Unicredit Bank, and Executive
General Manager of UniCredit Clarima Bank, have illustrated
the characteristics and purpose behind the credit cards.

The three new credit cards are available free of charge,
with no annual charges to be incurred, and will allow for
exclusive terms of payment and promotions for repairs and
servicing undertaken for users of the official Alfa Romeo,
Fiat and Lancia networks.
The holders of the new cards will receive 24 hour service in
case of car breakdowns, in whichever car they happen to be
travelling in, even if they are not the official owners of
the car and already benefit from all of the advantages
previewed in the 'Targa Program'.
The use of the credit cards also allows for the accumulation
of bonus points, which can be used for discounts when
purchasing a new car, or After Sales products and services.
The three cards represent a practical and universally accepted
means of payments, as well as a means of managing finance
intelligently and flexibly with favourable interest rates. With this
agreement, Fiat and Unicredit Clarima Bank open the doors to
a new way of addressing customers, based on the integration
of systems and innovative solutions to facilitate the small
and large requirements of daily life.
