Maserati has been
synonymous with innovative technology and luxurious driving
comfort ever since it first made its appearance on the
market. Its current models, the
Coupé, Spyder, GranSport and Quattroporte, are continuing
the marque’s tradition with a truly contemporary style.
“La Giornata Maserati” was created in 2002 by Maserati's
German Sales Division. La Giornata Maserati offers
representatives of the press and people who want to find out
more about the marque the opportunity to test different
versions of the latest Maserati models. During April and May
2005, three exclusive show areas created the perfect
ambiance for the marque’s “La Giornata”. At each event at
each location, there was a press day, held on Fridays for
representatives of the regional press, while on Saturdays a
customer day was held in conjunction with local dealers.

The grounds of
the Oberambach estate in Münsing, on the banks of Lake
Starnberg, the Münchhausen Castle Hotel in Aerzen and the
Grand Hotel Schloss Bensberg in Bergisch Gladbach provided
the venues for this year’s events. Specially-designed
testing tracks provided the opportunity for everyone to get
to know the sporting and technical aspects of the Maserati
models, both on motorways and on winding country roads.

Maserati 2005”. The ten test cars that were available, in
various colour and design variations, meant that over 646
test drives were carried out.
