					Czech team Rock
Media Motors have joined the FIA GT Championship teams for
the first time at Brno today with their Ferrari 575 GTC.

The team have been competing in the CSAI sanctioned Italian
GT Championship this year, their high point being a fifth
place finish at Monza. At Brno this weekend their are on
their home ground, an opportunity they couldn't miss. The
car will be shared by Antonin Herbeck, the owner of the Rock
Media Motors team, and joining up for the occasion, the
Italian former Formula One and CART star, Andrea Montermini.

					"I am using my
experience to help Antonin and to built up the team,"
Andrea Montermini explained. "It is a good challenge for
me.  We are building up a good relationship with Ferrari in
order to build up the performance of the Ferrari 575." For
this weekend's race, the Czech team's 575 GTC racer will
benefit from the new 'step' evolutions in the areas of
engine, chassis and aerodynamics that Ferrari have
introduced to make this car, already revised for this year
and dubbed the 575 GTC Evo 2005, more competitive on track
against the Maserati MC 12, Corvette C5-R, Saleen S7-R and
					Ferrari 550 Maranello running teams.

"They are putting a lot of effort into this programme,"
Andrea continued. "There is still a lot to do, but it is
good for us to start in the GT1 class in the FIA GT
Championship, which we are hoping to move to full-time in
the future. We are all very focused," concluded Montermini,
whose wide-ranging sportscar experience included six races
for the JMB Racing outfit during the 2002 season, a stint
which resulted in two wins and six podium finishes.
