Fiat presents
a refreshed range of the Fiat Stilo for the year 2006, which
includes a revised version of the Multiwagon: the dynamic
and tough-looking Uproad.
This is now the third mild facelift for the mid-size Stilo range,
which will be replaced next year.
Starting off
another very important year for the Fiat brand which will
see it expanding on the recent success of the Grande Punto
and Croma model, Fiat now officially announce the 2006
edition Stilo which we exclusively revealed last month. This
latest restyling will further improve and enhance the
C-segment contender.
The
midsized hatchback has been given a new 'face' and better
quality interior, while Fiat will also offer limited edition
Stilo Uproad with an improved 'tough' appearance. Most
important visual aspects, like on the MY2006 hatchback
is the 'chrome Shadow' grille and unique new (17-inch on the
Uproad) designed alloy wheels in order to integrate the
Stilo firmly into Fiats new esthetical philosophy. This
includes also colour finishes, new more stylish and durable
materials for the interior, and several new optional
equipment levels on different models in the range.
The Stilo
Uproad is instantly recognisable by its tough black plastic
bumpers, bulbous wheel arch covers, sill and door protection
covers as well as aluminium protection plates under the
front and rear of the car which curve up over the lower
bumper edges.
