Kruse
International is pairing up with Ward Leber and the Child
Safety Network to auction a new, celebrity-autographed
Lamborghini Gallardo. The Child Safety Network (CSN) is a 17-year
old charitable trust and is the leading distributor of
safety information for families in the United States.
The Auburn Fall Kruse Collector Car Auction, which started
on August 30th and runs through to September 5th, 2006,
takes place at the Kruse Auction Park. Kruse is the world's
first and largest antique, classic, and exotic collector car
auction company. Kruse is expecting 5,000 cars and over
150,000 people.
Lamborghini has
provided a Lamborghini Gallardo sportscar to the Child Safety Network
and
Kruse will be donating their services again this year to CSN
to help auction off this one-of-a-kind car. This Gallardo
has travelled from Beverly Hills to Las Vegas to New York
and will land in Auburn, IN at the Kruse Auction Park. A
string of celebrities have signed sign this special car
including Randy Travis, Kifer Sutherland, Hugh Heffner,
Bruce Willis, Paula Abdul, Silvester Stallone, John Lovitz,
Ed Asner, Samuel L. Jackson, Jon Voight, Jewel and many
more. Proceeds from the sale of this car will go to the
Child Safety Network to continue to help prevent children
from being abused, abducted, injured and exploited. Kruse
International is proud to be a part of such a great cause.
Titled as the
50th Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival it is being called the:
“Year of the Mighty Duesenberg", and several of these cars
will be auctioned at the 36th annual Auburn Classic Car
Auction and Show. Most significant of these will be a 1930
Duesenberg J-276 LaGrande dual cowl Phaeton - which will be
sold this Sunday.
