The Technology

The motorcycling experience in materials, geometry and details pointed out the path to follow from the very beginning. Ultimate technology, exclusive and rigorously tested. Essential design targeting the absolute search for performance. Weights at the limit and great rigidity in order to avoid losing even a Watt of power. High-modulus carbon fibre MR60 and HR40 employed with Tube-to-Tube technology, which guarantees precision couplings between the single tubing and maximum control of the reinforcement fibres, allowing for an extremely high ratio between rigidity and weight (just 900 grams for the road frame, in size 55 format). Hydro-forming aluminium for stiffness beyond all limits and for the purpose of guaranteeing accurate dimensional control of the tubing compared to the traditional drawing systems. Hyperalloy aluminium alloy, in order to obtain safety and lightness (1380 grams for the MTB frame), at the same time.
 

The only one alloyed with zinc and magnesium capable of offering unbeatable performance in terms of stiffness and stress resistance (50 percent more compared to the normal alloys available today on the market).
