The brand-new Maserati GranTurismo has picked up its first
important award on the occasion of its world première in Geneva as it was
elected Best of Show by respected
US weekly magazine, AutoWeek.
With its stunning Pininfarina design, fitted with a powerful 4200cc, V8 engine capable of delivering
405 bhp, and with its refined interior capable of hosting four adults in comfort, the
new Trident model earned the Best in Show award at the 77th Geneva Motor
Show. In discussing the Maserati model, the popular American weekly journal heaped praise on the
new luxury sports car, saying that: “taking into account all that the GranTurismo has to offer, we do
not hesitate in nominating it the best car at the motor show”.

second public appearance, this time at AutoRAI 2007, the Dutch
International Motor Show.
