TV star Christopher Ellison, who played DI Burnside in
ITV’s The Bill, has launched Fiat’s new ‘Bravo
Challenge’ – a 48-hour ‘go anywhere’ car adventure.
The actor, who has also appeared in other major TV series
including Eastenders, Casualty,
Bergerac and The Sweeney, kicked off Fiat’s
exciting touring initiative with a dream drive to the island
of Mull in the Western Isles of Scotland in a stunning new
Bravo 1.6 MultiJet Eco, which has just gone on sale in the
UK.
Christopher is the first in a line of celebrities and
lifestyle journalists who will be taking part in the two-day
‘Bravo Challenge’, an invitation-only initiative designed to
show just how good the mid-size hatchback is on the open
road. It’s linked to Fiat Group Automobiles UK’s successful
48-hour test drive offer to potential customers.
Leaving from Glasgow Airport, Christopher headed straight
for the fresh air and scenery of Oban for an overnight stay
before taking the ferry to Mull the following morning.
“We had a fantastic weekend – good weather, friendly locals,
great fish and chips, and a brilliant car!” says
Christopher. “The Bravo was a pleasure to drive – the
combination of style, safety and first-class build quality
makes it the perfect family motor. I have never been to
Scotland and, being a keen nature lover, I was blown away by
the fantastic scenery and wildlife Mull had to offer – my
high point was being surrounded by dolphins while on the
ferry between the Isles of Mull and Iona.”
Fiat Group is currently offering the new Fiat Bravo to
potential customers for a 48-hour test drive. The test can
be booked online at www.fiat.co.uk/showroom/ or direct from
Fiat’s UK network of dealers.
