Twenty-eight Fiat Bravos have been
acquired by South Africa’s most innovative new home loan
specialist, Integer, in a fleet deal that will see the
distinctive ‘fingerprint’ liveried Fiats traversing the
highways and byways of the country.
According to Terry Rayson, Integer’s Head
of Sales, the purchasing brief was for a uniquely styled
car, one that stands out from the vehicular herd, while
still being a paragon of practicality.
“And that’s exactly what we got with the
Fiat Bravo. It boasts distinctive looks, cracking
performance, five-door practicality, a five-star EuroNCAP
rating, loads of kit, excellent build quality and it’s good
value for money,” Rayson said. With reference to the latter,
Rayson was particularly impressed with the low running costs
courtesy of the 110kW 1.4-litre turbocharged powerplant.
Simon Stockley, the CEO of Integer, is
very pleased with the public’s response to the boldly
branded Bravo fleet: “The cars provide us with a street
presence – they are our mobile billboards, a way of
amplifying our national network. In fact, Integer
consultants receive at least five calls each a month, simply
because people are seeing our cars.”
The deal for the Bravos was brokered by
Mike Paul, Sales Manager of CMH Umhlanga. Models purchased
include twenty-seven 1.4 T-Jet Dynamics and one 1.4 T-Jet
Sport – the fleet will expand as the company grows.
Oscar Rivoli, Deputy C.E.O. for Fiat
Group Automobiles South Africa is very upbeat about Fiat’s ‘fleetability’:
“We have a great portfolio of individualistic products with
many fleet-friendly features that will appeal to those
companies looking for something that little bit special,
which is why we are actively developing our support
structures to service such corporate needs.”
