Marti
Eulberg, who can count on 20 years worth of experience
working for prestige automotive brands in the United
States, including Jaguar, Volvo and BMW, has been
appointed President and CEO of Maserati North America;
she will have a brief to report directly to Maserati's
Modena-based Commercial Director Raffaele Fusilli.
She replaces
industry veteran Jim Selwa who left the Maserati North
America top job three months ago after just under three
years in the position, and having successfully overseen the
brand's stateside rebuilding programme as well as the launch
of exciting and well received new models including the
Quattroporte Automatic and the GranTurismo. Since Selwa's
departure Maserati CEO Roberto Ronchi has overseen North
American operations.
Eulberg's most
recent appointment was as executive vice president of
marketing and sales for the former Ford-owned Jaguar North
America division. She was responsible for the sales and
marketing activities for Jaguar in the United States; she
was appointed on August 1, 2006.
Previous to this
appointment, Eulberg was vice president Volvo Sales Europe,
a position she held since August, 2005. Eulberg joined
Ford's Premier Automotive Group, the former umbrella company
for its collection of prestige brands, in 2001 as vice
president of sales operations for Volvo Cars North America
and has held numerous positions in North America and Europe
including vice president of sales operations. She began her
automotive industry career at Ford Motor Company in 1986,
and has also worked for BMW North America where she held a
wide range of positions.
Eulberg left
further education after receiving a Bachelor of Science
degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri and
an MBA from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New
York. She is listed as enjoying travelling and playing
sports. She will start work as President and CEO of Maserati
North America on June 1.
