Mangoletsi is proud to present its all-new website which
offers visitors all the information they could require
when choosing an Alfa Romeo in one place and it sets
bold new standards for dealership online communications.
The website can be visited at
www.mangoletsi.com/alfa
Mangoletsi celebrated the occasion its 40th anniversary
last year and it has during those four decades cemented
its position as the UK's largest and longest established
authorised Alfa Romeo dealership, with unrivalled
standards. Based in Knutsford, Cheshire-and just a few
minutes drive from the M6 motorway-the dealership has
just inaugurated a new half million pound showroom after
a comprehensive refit.
Creating a new website now, dubbed 'Mangoletsi 2.0', is
another part of a wide-reaching strategy that sees the
dealership remain the envy-and well out of reach-of its
rivals, its success built on unmatched customer service
at every level through a deep rooted passion for the
Alfa Romeo brand which has been at its core of its
philosophy
This enveloping passion led to an innovative and new
approach to the new website the whole project was
devised, designed and implemented in house, with the
overall project led by sales specialist Craig Aspin. "By
tackling the project ourselves we were able to get
across exactly what we wanted to convey and offer the
Alfisti everything they could want in one place," says
Craig. "Taking the project to a web design firm, which
is the easy option followed by everyone else, would have
compromised the message we wanted to get across, we're
Alfisti looking to reach other Alfisti."
"However," continues Craig, who last year won a VIP
weekend with the Ferrari F1 team at the Hungarian Grand
Prix thanks to being the UK's top Alfa Romeo salesman,
"we were taking on a daunting project, and it resulted
in a lot of late nights. Its a complex site conveying a
lot of information, which requires constant updating;
however the enthusiasm for Alfa Romeos is simply
infectious here and everyone has been keen to be
intimately involved." The challenging brief was to
combine a thoroughly modern corporate feel with the
tradition and passion that is the Mangoletsi way, and
convey the beauty, purpose and satisfaction of owning
these cars.
No corners were cut and the website features a cutting
edge design, with each model shown in full detail, while
video content brings the glorious cars to life. The site
is bang up to the minute: not just with news emanating
from the factory in Italy as it happens but also with
all the latest lease deals and a fantastic used car
search engine, while the fleet department is well
represented.
"We are immensely proud of the Alfa Romeo brand and a
heritage that we feel is completely unrivalled,"
continues Craig. "Just two years away from the centenary
now and its history and achievements, both on the road
and on the track, is awesome, quite simply unrivalled.
To bring the evocative Alfa Romeo story to the casual website
visitor or potential buyer we have included much
historical content, video and an appreciation of the
successful racing history. Its a site for modern Alfisti
and historic Alfisti alike."
Mangoletsi only wants to be the best and break ground
for other to imitate, the dealership never rests on its
laurels. On the site you can see the first example of
the stunning customer Alfa 8c Competizione to arrive in
the UK which was handed over to its delighted new owner
at the showroom recently.
Striving to be at the cutting edge at all times the site
looks to the future and with the dealership gearing up
for the arrival of the Alfa MiTo, the most eagerly
anticipated new car in Europe this year, full details of
this compact coupé can be found on the website. And
potential buyers can be assured that it will be at
Mangoletsi first. "There's a huge buzz about the MiTo,"
says Craig, "we're really excited by this car, its going
to introduce drivers to the Alfa Romeo experience who
have never considered making the switch before. Already
interest is really high."
Mangoletsi is very proud of the Alfa Romeo brand and is
ready to actively promote its virtues whenever the
opportunity arises. Alongside its brand new website (www.mangoletsi.com/alfa)
the dealership is a long time supporter of Italian
automotive industry news portal Italiaspeed, its
long-term support fundamental in allowing real time news
and information pertaining to the Italian car industry
to be put before a rapidly growing global audience. "The
success of Italiaspeed amply demonstrates the
huge growing interest in Italian cars out there, and we
are pleased to be its key partner," add Craig.
