the 25th Salão Internacional do Automóvel in São Paulo
have been able to interact with accessory products and
new technologies. In the
Linea’s cockpit, the customer will be able to test the efficiency and
interactivity of the Blue&Me™NAV, and games fans will have the opportunity to
practice with Game Punto.
Blue&Me™NAV and Blue&Me™ are only some of
the great resources of functionality and connectivity
existing in the Fiat Automóveis portfolio. These systems appoint to
future ways to be coursed in terms of navigation technology,
communication and entertainment in the world market. It is
an extension of the existing utilities available at home and
office working inside our car.
The visitor at the Auto how can test
Blue&Me™NAV, (Latin American first appearance in the Fiat
Linea). It aggregates all the functionalities of the
Blue&Me™ (that came up in the Latin American market with
Fiat Punto) to a modern GPS onboard navigation system. With
this equipment the driver, besides the voice communication
shall have a perfect orientation of trajectories by
pictograms that appear on the display of the instrument
board of the car. It appoints accurately the direction to
follow, the next street name, everything guided by voice.
The maps come loaded in a 2 GB pen drive
that is part of the board kit. Its most recent version
brings the coverage of 111 cities in Brazil, comprising over
48 thousand kilometers of roads. There are, still, over 709
cities interlinked through roads and 3,800 points of
interest (POIs) which are divided in 15 categories.
As connectivity is strongly present,
those who are not able to come to the Show can learn and
follow the local Italian manufacturer news through the
partnerships with the Jovem Pan radio station, with live
insertions of the radio show ‘Pânico’ and its daily reports
about the Show. As for MTV, it will take part through video
recordings, and web surfers can follow it live and from many
angles through Terra portal, giving full view of what will
be happening in all the areas of Fiat’s booth.
The Árvore da Vida (Life Tree) Project
will also have a reserved spot in the Show. At this place,
people can learn about this important work, which comprises
social responsibility initiatives articulated with various
sectors of the society. Visitors can also see all Fiat Clothing
products, a full collection of clothes and accessories
exclusively designed for the Fiat customer. Fashion
Innovation Attitude as its best.
