					German tuner
IMSA has outlined more details of its latest project that
offers upgrades to the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4. IMSA is
know for tuning Audi and Lamborghini models and has
previously worked on the Gallardo as well as its larger
					sister, the Murciélago LP640.
					The upgrade work
for the LP560-4 primarily focuses on the cosmetic area with
a wide body kit with a redesigned front wheel arch section
that flows into a large vertical brake cooling duct outlet
just in front of the doors. There are new side skirts and
the rear arch has been reshaped and includes and outlet
behind the wheel that matches the theme at the front of the
sports car. At the rear IMSA have crafted a new lower
spoiler/diffuser and a rear spoiler perches on on the engine
cover which features vents embossed with the company's logo.
					IMSA has also
fitted new 20-inch split-rim wheels that use a racing style
single central locking nut. The two-colour rims come in two
sizes: 9Jx20 with 245/30 ZR20 tyres at the front and
12.5Jx20 with 325/25 ZR20 tyres at the rear. Under the skin
of the IMSA Gallardo LP560-4 there is a new height
adjustable coilover suspension arrangement while a new
stainless steels exhaust system increases power by a claimed
30 bhp to 590 bhp while peak torque now kicks in at 413
					lb/ft, up from the standard model's 398 lb/ft.
					Inside the
Gallardo the interior finish gets a cosmetic makeover with
new carbon fibre framed seats standing out; these are
detailed with the IMSA company logo running vertically and
are trimmed in Alcantara, while the same striped effect is
relayed across the dashboard section and the leather
steering wheel. Other carbon-fibre and Alcantara trim parts
					feature inside the cockpit.
