Edward Butler has been appointed as dealer principal of
Australia’s newest Ferrari and Maserati dealership,
Ferrari Maserati Sydney, relinquishing his role as

that he may concentrate on European Automotive Imports’
New South Wales retail business.
Edward Butler has played a central role in the
development, launch and initial growth of Ferrari
Maserati Sydney during the past 12 months, overseeing
the set up of new business in the $32 million facility
that opened officially on 5 February this year. “The
past 12 months have been some of the most exciting,
challenging and interesting of my career,” says Mr
Butler. “We have created a new benchmark for Ferrari and
Maserati not just in Australia, but also, as senior
executives from both companies pointed out at our
opening, worldwide. It was not possible to run a
business on this scale and quality and also do justice
to my Maserati role, so I have accepted the offer to run
FMS full time and ensure that this dealership maintains
and develops its worldwide reputation for the finest
quality of customer service.”
