The new Fiat Uno, turned
into a vase for a coconut tree, and a Fiat 500 in a
themed garage are the standout attractions at the
decoration design exhibition CasaCor, in Minas Gerais,
Brazil. During this edition of the show, Fiat Automóveis is present
and
displaying the boldness and modernity of the new new cars,
getting the attention of those who pass through avenue Joăo Pinheiro, one of the main avenues in Belo
Horizonte. At the event’s entrance, the New Fiat Uno is exhibited
in a surprising manner, as a plant vase, made of
fiberglass and reproduced in actual car size proportions.
Assembled by the agency The Marketing Store, the project
was inspired by the action “To make a tree”, conducted
in Europe, which used the Fiat 500 as planters spread
throughout the streets firstly of the city of Milan and
then most recently in Paris. In the Brazilian edition,
the New Uno is the base for a large coconut tree.
The exhibition also
features a project by architect Pedro Lázaro,
which presents the Fiat 500 in a stylised loft, where
the car is an essential part of the scenario. “The
ambience has the characteristics of who owns a Fiat 500,
such as modernity and taste for products with
sophisticated design. The spaces are integrated,
suggesting the practicality of this modern consumer,”
says Pedro Lázaro. Creativity and sophistication gave
the installation the award for Best Ambience in the
exhibition.
“The concept of sophistication showcased every year at
CasaCor has everything to do with our new models, which
are increasingly bolder in design and technology. With
this initiative, we are able to communicate with an
audience who looks for exclusive products,” says Joăo
Batista Ciaco, Marketing and Advertising Director at
Fiat.
Clients of L’Unico, Fiat’s relationship program with
premium customers (consumers of the models Fiat 500 and
Linea), will have the opportunity to see the projects up
close and will receive invitations to visit CasaCor,
which is being held until October 25.
