					Lamborghini's ultra-exclusive Reventón caused a stir when
seven examples were found to have been put up for sale on
JamesList.com, now this supercar's desirability has
taken a further knock with half the production run are
listed on the website, along with four of the new Roadster
					versions.

					Devised to be
ultra exclusive and highly collectable, the Reventón with
its jet-fighter inspired looks and Murciélago underpinnings,
today fills out over a page on the luxury goods website.
JamesList.com sells luxurious products such as cars,
boats, planes, watches and helicopters, and the string of
Reventón listings, coming at the same time as Lamborghini
reports a sales fall of 37.7 percent for the last year,
hints that even affluent car collectors are being badly hit
by the current global financial crisis with the timing of
the arrival on the market of these high performance machines
coinciding with the worst effects of the downturn.

					However while
the 20-off Reventón (plus an extra one built especially for
the Lamborghini museum collection) was sold by Lamborghini
the year before last for 1 million euros plus taxes, almost
all the owners are seeking to make a profit on the
					Murciélago LP640-based 6.5-litre V12-engined supercar which
takes its sharp and angular styling cues straight from the
F-22 Raptor jet fighter, with prices listed on
JamesList.com ranging as high as 1.5 million euros.

With maximum power of 650 bhp and 660 Nm of torque, a top
					speed of over 340 km/h and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of
just 3.4 seconds, the Reventón features the Murciélago's
traditional permanent four wheel drive and 6-speed paddle
shift 'e.gear' transmission also has an
aeronautical-inspired TFT liquid crystal driver's instrument
display and a unique 'g-force' meter.

					The Reventón was
announced at the Frankfurt IAA in the autumn of 2007 with
the 20th and final example being delivered to a British
buyer in late 2008. Ten Reventón coupés, as well as four of
the new Roadster versions which debuted last year, are
listed in total, with five of these - three coupés and two
Roadsters - being offered by German owners, priced from 1.34
to 1.5 million euros, including one with only 10 km (6.21
miles) on the speedometer. Symbolically, Dubai, one of the
countries to be worst-hit by the global recession and which
needed a financial handout from its bigger neighbour Abu
Dhabi, has three examples - two coupés and one Roadster -
listed, all from Alain Class Motors, ranging from 1.15 to
1.3 million euros excluding VAT. There are also three
Reventóns in the USA, all coupés, with 126 km, 88.51 km and
150 km on the clock, priced up to 1.5 million euros, and
including example #3 and #7 off the line. Finally there is
one each listed in Spain, UK and Luxembourg, with the
Spanish car being the first Roadster to be built and the UK
example coupé #15, which is the cheapest on JamesList.com,
a snip at GBP993,000, but with the highest mileage, albeit
just 800 km, while the coupé in Luxembourg is another to
have notched up just 10 km.
