Dusseldorf-based tuner
Anderson has turned its attention to another Italian
sports car, the Lamborghini Gallardo, and imbuing what
it might perceive as fashion, it has created the blinged-up
Gallardo White Edition which along with an array of
un-missable cosmetic modifications includes a claimed
performance hike.
Anderson this summer
presented an upgraded performance and styling kit for
the Gallardo's two-wheel-drive "Balboni Edition" version
and the tuner has also this year tackled both Ferrari's
mid-V8-engined 430 Scuderia sports car and the
folding-hardtop California.
The Gallardo White
Edition features a new performance upgrade package that
takes the standard horsepower from 560 CV to a claimed
600 CV. This is done says the tuner, based in the
capital city of Germany's North Rhine-Westphalia region,
with series of modifications that include the use of
software optimisation and the addition of a modified air
filter and a sport exhaust system with different
catalytic convertors. The tuning package includes a
remote-controlled valve adjusting system that allows the
driver to chose from three different levels of noise and
also claims to reduce weight by approximately 22 kg.
Other dynamic changes
to the Gallardo include a suspension upgrade as well as
the fitting of three-piece, polished black wheels - each
with a white painted deep dish - in dimensions of 9x20
inch with 245/30-20 tyres at the front and 12.5 x 20
inch with 325/25-20 at the rear.
Externally visible
modifications, all focused around creating a white
effect, include carbon trims, a wider aero kit
consisting of front apron, side skirts, rear bumper and
diffuser and a rear spoiler. And window and tail light
tinting should be mentioned also. The look is completed
by LED lights on the sides of the vehicle and
contrasting red-painted calipers.
The interior features
a whole series of white carbon details. These includes
the air vents, hand brake lever, shift paddles,
dashboard, steering wheel, door handle inlays, shift
lever and the border of the internal light in the roof
lining. The seats of the Gallardo White Racing Edition
are finished in black Alcantara and black and white
leather; the edges of seats are entirely in white; while
the doors and seats have diamond-shaped stitching.
