The World Superbike Championship will arrive in France
at the former F1 hosting Magny-Cours track in just over
a week's time for its penultimate round of the season
and to celebrate the MiTo's status as the official
Safety Car of the international motorcycle racing
series, Alfa Romeo France is launching a special limited
						edition of the hatchback.

The resulting Alfa Romeo MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde SBK
Limited Edition will be restricted to 150 units. Based
on the range-topping Quadrifoglio Verde version, the new
special edition has been given extra distinction by
incorporating equipment from the MiTo's option catalogue
						as standard.

On the outside these enhancements comprise of black
inserts for the spoiler cut outs and fog lamp surrounds
that help give the MiTo a wider visual stance as well as
the triangular wing-mounted 'Quadrifolglio Verde' badges
finished in the brushed aluminium option while the door
mirror housings and the door handles are in a satin
						chrome finish.

Inside, the leather/Alcantara seats (with carbon-fibre
frames) feature two-tone stitching (white and green) and
this detailing is continued on the steering wheel, gear
leaver gaiter and handbrake lever. There are also
aluminium sport pedals, floor mats with green stitching
and tinted rear windows for increased privacy as well as
a special "Limited Edition" numbered plate inserted into
the central console. Improved standard equipment
includes rain and dusk sensors and the Blue&Me
infotelematic package with steering wheel controls.
						The
Magneti Marelli variable-response electronic dampers are
fitted as standard; these aim to improve the MiTo's ride
comfort while retaining the B-segment hatchback's
current handling characteristics and work in synch with
						VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control).
						The
MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde SBK Limited Edition will cost
26,500 euros in the showrooms with 150 units to be
created. It will only be sold on the French market. The
value of the additional equipment added to this edition
that comes as standard tots up to 4,900 euros meaning
that the customer will be saving 800 euros over the
price of the MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde on this market
						which stands at 22,400 euros.
