First
presented at the 36th Bologna Motor Show earlier this
month, Lancia is now selling a diverse range of Mopar
accessories for its two rebadged Chrysler models, the
Thema and Voyager, under its Lineaccessori name.
In the autumn Lancia rebadged two Chrysler products –
the Town & Country MPV and 300 sedan – as the Voyager
and Thema respectively. With their arrival in Europe,
unchanged apart from new badges and under-the-skin
engineering to items such as the bumpers and headlights,
comes Mopar’s stateside accessory range for the two
models. These also neatly carry over, but likewise drop
the American nametag. The products are now gathered in
two Lancia Lineaccessori catalogues for the rebadged
models.
The Bologna Motor Show also saw the addition of the
Thema and Voyager Owner Handbooks to the ‘Lancia
Everywhere Mobile’ service, the customer care mobile
application currently available for iPhone. They will
also become operational on the Android platform in the
months to come.
The two new Lineaccessori offers are grouped into three
categories – ‘Design’, ‘Leisure’ and ‘Comfort’. The
Thema can be customised with several Mopar accessories,
among which are 18- and 20-inch alloy wheels, grilles in
different colours and treatments, and products including
roof rack bars, bicycle racks and the summer box.
The Voyager’s accessory list includes 17-inch alloy
wheels, a chrome-plated running board and a side
footboard. There is also a tent (3x3 metres) that
connects to the open tailgate. If the seats of the
second and third rows are folded away, the total
interior space (tent and passenger compartment) totals
about 13,000 litres. The tent can also be used apart
from the vehicle.
Finally, in terms of comfort and safety, the
Lineaccessori range for both models offers a complete
range of baby one and junior child seats, in addition to
sun blinds, additional mats and anti-theft wheel bolts.
