						Alfardan Sports Motors - the official importer of 
						Maserati in Qatar - has been honoured as the 2010 
						Maserati Aftersales Importer of the Year. Alfardan 
						was chosen by Maserati Middle East and Africa Regional 
						Office. 
						 
						The accolade is awarded after an annual review of 
						performance, proficiency and service of the aftersales 
						teams of Maserati across the MEA region. This is the 
						third consecutive year Alfardan has been picked for the 
						award. 
						 
						Charly Dagher, aftersales manager of Alfardan Sports 
						Motors Company, received the award from Vito Caputo, 
						regional aftersales manager for Maserati Middle East & 
						Africa. 
						 
						“Our continued recognition as the leading Maserati 
						aftersales team in the region is a testament to the 
						quality of the work and the commitment to the Maserati 
						brand Alfardan Sports Motors has,” said Mohamed Kandeel, 
						general manager of Alfardan Sports Motors. “The 
						significance of us being awarded this accolade three 
						years running is a testament to the fact that we are 
						dedicated to delivering a service based on quality and 
						class, and we will continue to do so.” 
						 
						In addition to high customer satisfaction records, the 
						criterion upon which Maserati gave the award included an 
						assessment of each importer’s aesthetic compliance to 
						the corporate identity of their premises both internally 
						and externally. Each importer’s warranty parts control, 
						safety and service campaigns were also evaluated, as 
						well as an assessment of the availability of required 
						tools and equipment, their storage quality and the total 
						stock value available at the service centre.  
						 
						Kandeel added: “All of what we do and continue to 
						achieve here is due to our dedicated certified service 
						advisers and trained technician teams. Our consistently 
						high customer satisfaction approval is evidence of our 
						employees’ commitment to providing a fast yet quality 
						service at the Service Centre of Alfardan Sports
