For the fourth year
running, Maserati GB has exhibited its production range
at Salon Privé, presenting this year the latest addition
to the line-up: the GranTurismo MC Stradale.
On Thursday, following a
now consolidated tradition, Maserati welcomed a group of
female clients who attended Salon Privé Ladies’ Day at
Syon Park. Today, Syon House, which dates back to 1415,
is the London home of the Duke of Northumberland and it
has been in his family for over 400 years. Surrounded by
200 acres of its own parkland alongside the River
Thames, it is hard to believe that Syon is barely 10
miles from central London.
The day started at
Medicosmetic Spa in Cadogan Gardens, London, where
clients enjoyed a champagne breakfast and personalised
mini treatments of their choice. To make the event more
special, a professional make-up artist from the Jemma
Kidd make – up School, was there ready to pamper the
ladies with express make-up sessions.
A fleet of GranCabrios,
Quattroportes and GranTurismos were then on hand to
chauffeur the ladies to Syon Park, where they were able
to admire the cars on show. The 'best dressed' Maserati
lady, Ms Melissa Lund, was awarded with a clutch bag
kindly offered by the Parisian couture brand Ghadah
Couture.
Throughout the day,
the ladies were able to see a selection of classic cars,
alongside the current Maserati range: the GranTurismo MC
Stradale, flanked by the GranCabrio and the Quattroporte
Sport GTS, took pride of place on the Supercar Lawn.
