Fresh
from presenting a rebodied Corvette at Top Marques
Monaco last month, dubbed as the Soleil Anadi,
budding Dutch design consultancy Ugur Sahin Design,
has shown off computer-generated images for a new
proposed project it is calling the Alfa Romeo C12
GTS, which, just like the Anadi, it hopes to attract
investors towards to turn the idea into a reality.
According to the design firm the project's aims were
to attempt to reinterpret the Italian brand's
traditional design language but with a modern-day,
sharp-styled feel. The C12 GTS concept retains Alfa
Romeo's famous grille and continues to use this as a
focal point for the design to flow out from, via a
long bonnet. The C12 GTS is proposed to be slightly
larger in size than the Alfa 8C Competizione and is
more focused as a 'gran tourer' rather than being an
out and out sports car.
