One year after the global debut of the luxury sedan H600 at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, followed by the unveiling of the five seater SUV K550 and seven seater SUV K750 at the Shanghai Motor Show last year, Pininfarina will present the HK GT, the fourth concept car conceived together with Hybrid Kinetic Group, a Hong Kong based high-tech focused brand.
Today, with the Geneva Motor Show now one month away, Pininfarina has kicked off the build up by presenting two teaser images of the HK GT, one showing the upper body and glasshouse and the other part of the interior, both revealling clearly its "GT" style proportions.
With the HK GT, Pininfarina interprets a classic architecture of the Italian automobile school, the Gran Turismo, while continuing to refine the identity and the formal language of the new Hybrid Kinetic brand.
Pininfarina is also responding to the need for zero emissions combining stylistic research with environmental sustainability.
The other key feature of the HK GT is the use of HK powertrain technology, which comprises of a battery, electric motors, electrical controller and range extender.
