The Alfa Romeo 147 GTA, making
its debut at the Paris Motor Show, has proved to be one of the exhibition's
most popular new models. The 3.2-litre 24v V6 powered 153mph hot hatch,
is due to hit the showrooms in December and is already expected to overshoot
initial sales targets.
Two models are on display
in Paris. A bright red Alfa 147 GTA is mounted on a large, angled, rotating
stand in a prominent position at the front of the Alfa Romeo area. The
second, a silver coloured model, is statically placed and available for
detailed examination by the public.
Both cars have seen a steady
stream of visitors and the Alfa Romeo exhibition team report favourable
initially feedback. |
