The Lancia Lybra range has been
revised to offer more opulent standard equipment for all specifications, a
different colour range and new prices.
Firstly, the LS version (equipped with 1.6 16v, 1.8 16v and 1.9 JTD power units)
offers a CD-changer, foglights, Madras cloth trim, 15" alloy wheels and new
aluminium effect interior profiles. The LX specification (available with 1.8
16v, 2.0 20v, 1.9 JTD and 2.4 JTD power units) is still more comprehensive and
offers the following over and above the current specification list: satellite
navigation system with GSM phone and new Suhara interiors. In addition, the
Lancia Lybra Business (available with the 1.6 16v and 1.9 JTD) introduces new
design chrome wheel hubs. Everything is offered at more or less the same prices
as before, plus four new colours: Rossini Grey, Angelic Blue, Veronese Green and
Donizetti Green. The new 2004 range product array is concluded by the
prestigious Emblema specification (on show in Bologna) that offers the following
extras: satellite navigation system with GSM phone, Cruise Control and
CD-changer.
This is the version for people who wish to complement the style of the model
with a touch of originality and class, plus retro details reminiscent of great
cars of the past: that unmistakable two-tone body, those seats in soft tobacco
leather.
The Lancia Lybra Emblema is thus a car of character that combines the much-loved
style of the original model with a refined touch of eccentricity. Starting from
the black roof that stands out against the body shade (an option exclusive to
the Station Wagon version). This crisp look continues along the back of the
vehicle to blend in with the darkened back window and rear side windows. Privacy
windows afford passengers greater discretion and hide the luggage compartment
from prying eyes in the case of the Station Wagon.
Inside, the Lybra Emblema offers seats trimmed with soft tobacco leather with
relief work that is now also available in beige.
The standard equipment array is so opulent it approaches the standard of
exclusivity offered by the Phedra and Thesis: dual zone climate control,
satellite navigation system with GSM phone, Cruise Control, ABS with EBD, ESP
(the latter is standard on 2.0 petrol and 2.4 JTD versions), CD-changer, front
airbags, sidebags and window-bags, leather interiors and 16" alloy wheels
treated with light metalluro. The following are options: Hi-Fi system with 7
speakers, Bose Sound System, rain and mist sensor and xenon gas discharge
headlights. The vehicle is available as a saloon and Station Wagon with three
engines: the 85 kW (115 bhp) 1.9 JTD and the 110 kW (150 bhp) 2.4 JTD, both with
Common Rail direct injection and the petrol-driven 110 kW (150 bhp) 2.0 five
cylinder 20v. |
