| Thousands of mourners attended the funeral of Fiat Patriach, Gianni Agnelli, in Turin yesterday. The service which was officiated by the Catholic Archbishop of Turin, Severino Poletto, included Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and President of the Italian Republic, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi among the mourners. |

GROUP RELEASE: AVOCAATO AGNELLI'S LYING IN STATE & FUNERAL
The body of Avvocato Giovanni Agnelli will lie-in-state on Saturday, January 25, 2003 from 10:00 a.m., at the Lingotto Pinacoteca. The Rosary will be prayed at the hall of the Pinacoteca, at 6:00 p.m. The funeral ceremony will be held at the Cathedral of Turin on Sunday, January 26 at 10:30 a.m., with Turin’s Archbishop Severino Poletto officiating. |
