Vincenzo Laino LANCIA ATMOS The idea was that of conjugating
the typical sportivity italian idea with a new concept of luxury, meant
as “full share of the auto experience” through the interior space.
In this way the “living-room” during a journey or during a city ride becomes an occasion to communicate and share experiences inside “the mobile micro-world” and time, between a halt and another becomes a unique experience, in which the interior is our set and the outside world is the soundtrack of our life experience. From this concept the interior architecture is “alternative” with an assimetrical seating position: the idea not to look passively to an asphalt film that unwraps in front of our eyes, taking possession of our time and world, but to interact with the reality that surrounds us, with the abitacle and the passengers in a natural way, whether they are managers in a reunion or a group of friends that wish to share time after time their dynamic and explosive vitality in a breathless trip. From this idea the conducting
lines comes the design of the new LANCIA ATMOS: to share the space and
communicate the sensations through the creative experience of moving in
a car.
