Sebastian Stahl, the step
brother of Michael and Ralf Schumacher, might make a one-off appearance
for Alfa Romeo in the German round of the FIA European Touring Car Championship.
Yesterday, the 25-year old Stahl, had visited the ETCC in Brno and had
a meeting with Alfa Romeo Autodelta team manager, Monica Sipsz, discussing
the possibility to drive the team’s fourth Alfa 156 GTA in Oschersleben,
alongside regular drivers Nicola Larini, Gabriele Tarquini and Roberto
Colciago.
The racetrack near Magdeburg
will host the ETCC 15th and 16th round on September 21st. “We have just
started talking, said Monica Sipsz, but we are seriously thinking about
this. After all Sebastian is already part of the Alfa Romeo family, since
he’s currently taking part in the German Alfa 147 JTD Cup.” |
