Minardi unveil their new Formula 1 car, the PS02 at their Faenza base.

Immediately distinctive is the chassis which is the product of a new aerodynamic team and an extensive close season wind tunnel test program. It has higher sidepods, a more raised nosecone and longer engine cover.

A new design of floor and Minardi's titanium gearbox, ensure significant weight savings. The new Asiatech AT02 engine is lighter and smaller than last years unit.

Everyone at Minardi appear quietly confident for the forthcoming season, team owner Paul Stoddart aims for points finishes this season and tenth place in the constructors championship.
