Tonight the ace sporty coupé – which encapsulates Alfa Romeo’s heritage of motoring excellence, in a range characterised by the elegance and taste of the Italian design school – will be auctioned by Sharon Stone and Lapo Elkann, in front of an audience of over 400 international stars of the film world, fashion and photography.

The proceeds will go to AMFAR and the Elton John AIDS Foundation, which organised the event, and which are at the forefront in the struggle against this serious global issue.
 

The elegance of Italian motoring style will also be featuring on the “Croisette” at Cannes: Sharon Stone has chosen to use a Maserati Quattroporte to get to all her official engagements.
