Iveco was present this month at the 26th edition of Samoter, the triennial International Earth-moving, Site and Construction machinery Show, which was held at Veronafiere, with all the latest novelties for specific quarry-construction and off-road applications.

The entire range of Iveco products was displayed on the Iveco stand, which was designed for the occasion by Giugiaro Design.

At the Samoter, the jury of the 'Technical Novelties' competition awarded the 'Novelty Prize' to the Astra RD32 rigid dumper. This is the reason for their choice: “The vehicle is an innovation as a whole, thanks to the integration and adoption of advanced technologies and best practices in many components adopted for the assembly of the machine."

The Technical Novelties competition, reserved to manufacturers displaying their production at the Salon, is one of the most qualified and selective “show cases” for technical and technological evolution.

The Astra Sivi vehicle for towing exceptional loads, produced on the IvecoTrakker chassis, was shown on the Iveco stand. Other vehicles in the HD8 series were on display on the stands of various producers.
