After eight days and more than 3,500 kilometres Scuderia Ferrari's test sessions at the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain came to an end on Thursday afternoon with Felipe Massa the driver who started and ended the sessions at the Persian Gulf

After a short break of two days the test sessions for Scuderia Ferrari resumed yesterday at the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain with Kimi Raikkonen back behind the wheel of the new F60 and getting a full day of development work in on the track

In January it was the rain and on Thursday in Sakhir it was the sand preventing Kimi Raikkonen from driving the F60 in the dry but finally the weather conditions improved and the wind stopped blowing sand allowing the Finn to drive

There was a positive outcome at the end of the first day of Scuderia Ferrari's planned eight day test session yesterday at the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain which will see the F1 team looking to get to grips with its new F60 chassis
